Situated on 2.14 acres on the northwest corner of Golf Center Parkway and Avenue 45, this 24,000sf project seeks to raise the bar for architecture and design in this mostly light industrial area of Indio, CA.  The client requested a “signature” building for the area that evidenced its uses as retail, office, and restaurant, yet also meshed within the mostly warehouse zone.  To this end, the project utilizes larger massing, concrete block, and stucco combined with more intimate and distinct windows, outdoor seating areas, and angular, shaded trellis walkways.
