Transforming from a triangle to a triangle to a triangle, this simple geometric and formal transformation appears to breathe and move as you circle around it. The gloss finish, combined with the varying angles of each layer, allows the piece to reflect and, thus, merge with its surroundings. We have proposed using the original Inhale/Exhale form as a stacked module, similar to Brancusi’s Endless Column, in order to create a significant 100’+ high sculpture.
