The project uses the standard colors of translucent polycarbonate panels to create maximum effect during the day and at night. The roof structure has been skinned on all sides just about 15’ from the top to create more of a glowing box than a thin edge. The main volumes of the plant become glowing, translucent boxes at night and mesh with their background during the day. Meanwhile the green graphic creates the memorable image for the project, communicating the plant’s significance.
